1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your j7l account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j7l account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. j7l will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify j7l immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. j7l will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j7l Casino is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7. Game Rules and Fairness

9. Intellectual Property
